MailCall(이하 "서비스")은 Giftcoin developer(이하 "운영자")가 제공하는, 인증한 이메일 주소로 1:1 음성 통화와 메시지를 주고받는 무료 서비스입니다. 서비스를 이용하면 이 약관과 개인정보처리방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
본인이 소유를 인증한 이메일 주소로만 가입할 수 있습니다. 표시 이름은 본인이 입력하며, 다른 사람이나 단체를 사칭해서는 안 됩니다. 계정과 기기 관리 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
운영자는 이를 위반한 계정의 이용을 제한하거나 해지할 수 있습니다.
서비스는 일반 전화망에 연결되지 않으며 112, 119 등 긴급 전화를 걸 수 없습니다.
서비스는 현재 상태로 제공되며, 네트워크 상태나 기기 설정(알림 권한, 절전 모드 등)에 따라 착신·메시지가 지연되거나 전달되지 않을 수 있습니다. 운영자는 서비스를 개선하거나 변경·중단할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 미리 알립니다.
운영자는 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 서비스 이용으로 생긴 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 이용자 사이의 통화·메시지 내용에 대한 책임은 해당 이용자에게 있습니다.
이용자는 언제든지 앱에서 계정을 삭제하거나 연락처로 삭제를 요청해 이용을 끝낼 수 있습니다.

MailCall is a free service by Giftcoin developer for one-to-one voice calls and messages using verified email addresses. By using it you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
You may sign up only with email addresses you have verified you own. Your display name is self-declared; do not impersonate any person or organization. You are responsible for your account and devices.
No spam, repeated unwanted contact, harassment, threats, impersonation, fraud, unlawful content, or attempts to disrupt the service or access other accounts. We may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
MailCall does not connect to the telephone network and cannot be used to call emergency services.
The service is provided as is. Calls and messages may be delayed or not delivered depending on network conditions and device settings. We may change or discontinue the service and will give notice of material changes.
Except for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the service. Users are responsible for the content of their calls and messages.
You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account in the app or asking us to delete it.
